How did you get the LFT back ground on that LFT picture? Are lighting sucks. WE NEED MORE LIGHTS! I know that it's easier to do that with photoshop, than in aftereffects. But I was wondering if you just took out the background and dropped in your own and if you have really good lighting and if so what is it that you have?
